Become an Emotion Masters Trainer
You can be anything you put your mind too. If you're reading this, the chances are you care about children and their development and have an interest in wellbeing and emotional intelligence. If this is the case, then you're half way there already and we'd love to hear from you.
Emotion Masters is an opportunity to work your own hours and manage your own business, with a geographical area that's entirely yours, but with the complete support of the team.
Below you will see the process involved in becoming an accredited Emotion Masters Trainer.
1. Let's chat
Call or email us and we will agree a good time for us to talk and get to know you and for you to get to know us. The foundation for success is communication and connection, so where better place to start!
If we both feel that Emotion Masters is the right fit for you, we can arrange to move forward with the training.
2. Training
Our workshops are designed and delivered using Neuro Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis and Coaching at their heart. Each trainer becomes an ANLP accredited NLP Practitioner. With a foundation knowledge of Transactional Analysis and Coaching. This takes 2 weeks of face to face training. The investment for this is £1700.
3. More training!
As an accredited Emotion Masters Trainer and NLP Practitioner, you are now in the classroom learning how to deliver the workshops. Shadowing an existing Emotion Masters Trainer. You shadow for 4 sessions and deliver yourself on the 5th session.
4. You're ready!!
You have graduated! Received your certificates and your coveted Emotion Masters hoodie!
You'll be ready and excited to start delivering the workshops to children at schools in your area. All training content, resources, continuous professional development and regular team meet ups are provided as part of your £55 a month membership.
